Looks like Cloudflare doesn't like the TXT entry without quotes which makes sense. This is the error listed for the TXT entry created by Cert Warden.
The content field of TXT records must be in quotation marks. Cloudflare may add quotation marks on your behalf, which will not affect how the record works.

It looks like it delays the record from being propagated so if you could include quotation marks that would be great! I did get it to work by setting pre-check wait 5 minutes but would prefer the entry be created including the quotation marks so 2-3 minutes would always work.

Looks like around the end of the year, Let's Encrypt will be allowing IP Address san elements but requiring http-01 and tls-alpn-01 for validation, do you plan on implementing IP Address san elements?

Interestingly, I have noticed the quote issue. I was fiddling with it and it made something else misbehave (it was a while ago but I think it was something with the way I was passing the string to other providers) and I decided I didn't want to go further down the rabbit hole since I didn't notice any issues as a result of the quoting complaint.

I have my check time set to 3 minutes and haven't noticed any failures.

IP address support is in my mental road map but so are a mountain of other things. I don't know what priority I'll give it since on one hand it sounds like it would be fun to work on, but on the other I doubt I'll use it in my environment.

I ran it a few times on 3 and had a few misses so I put it back to 5. How many domains do you manage? I have quite a few on my account and other services as well so maybe it's a combination of all the above.
